What to include
Three things turn a vague report into something we can actually fix:
- · Your app version — it is at the very bottom of the Profile screen.
- · Your phone model and its OS version.
- · What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Things you can do without us
- Export your data
- A full copy of everything we hold about you, or just your training log as a CSV file. Profile → Account
- Delete your account
- Removes your account and your whole training history. This cannot be undone. Profile → Danger zone
- Manage or cancel PRO
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, so they are cancelled there — we cannot cancel one for you. App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions
